Instant Video Studio is a tool for making videos. Please read this before you buy.
No promise of income or results
- We don't promise views, subscribers, monetisation or income. We don't know what you will earn, and we don't say what anyone "can" earn.
- YouTube decides who it pays. It reviews each channel against its own rules, and it can change them at any time. Many channels never qualify for monetisation.
- Growing a channel takes good topics, taste, regular publishing, time and patience. The studio does the editing, voicing and rendering. It can't do your judgement for you.
- Our sample videos show what the studio can make. They are not evidence of what a channel will earn.
- Any customer comments we show are about the product (for example, how the install went), never about income.
You are the publisher
Everything the studio makes is a draft until you approve it, and the studio uploads nothing. When you publish a video, you are responsible for it, and for following YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube's policies, which you can find in YouTube's Help Center. In particular:
- Original, not mass-produced. YouTube's channel monetisation policies don't pay for "inauthentic content": videos that are repetitive, mass-produced, or made from a template without real value for viewers. The studio is built around reviewing every video. Please review every one.
- AI disclosure. YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic content that was made or altered with AI, and its examples include AI-generated music. The studio suggests an answer for each video. You make the final call.
- Made for kids. You must set each video's audience correctly. YouTube says this is the creator's legal responsibility under COPPA and similar laws.
- Other people's work. Use only material you have the right to use: music, footage, photos, fonts and logos. Never re-upload other creators' videos.
- Real people. Don't make a real person appear to say or do something they didn't. Build your presenter as a fictional character, never from a real person's face or voice.
AI makes mistakes
Claude writes your scripts, and other AI models make voices, pictures, music and quality checks. AI can get facts, numbers, names and pronunciations wrong, and it can sound sure when it's wrong. The studio's checks catch many problems, but not all of them. Read every script and watch every video before you publish it. Numbers should come from sources you trust, never from guesses.
Education, not advice
The studio makes educational and entertainment videos. It is not built to give personal financial, investment, medical, legal or tax advice, and it shouldn't be used for that. If your channel covers these topics, keep it to general education, put a clear disclaimer on every video, and don't use an AI presenter to deliver it. Anthropic's Usage Policy treats AI-assisted advice in these areas as high-risk, and it also lists automatically generating content and publishing it for others as a high-risk use. That's why the studio never publishes on its own: you review and approve every video. Where facts matter, have someone who knows the field check the script, and consider telling viewers that AI helped make the video.

Costs are yours, and they change
You pay for your server, your domain, your own Claude subscription, and the other online services you connect to the studio with your own AI accounts. Some optional extras (AI pictures, music and an automatic quality check) are pay-as-you-go on those accounts; they are off until you switch them on, and the studio tells you what a run will spend before it bills. Any costs we show were measured on our own sample videos on the date shown. Your costs depend on your videos, your settings and the providers' prices, which can change. Set spending limits with each provider.
Outside services can change
The studio depends on services we don't control: your server provider, Anthropic, the other AI services you connect, YouTube and others. They can change their prices, features, terms or availability. We update the studio and the guides when they do, but we can't promise they'll keep working the same way.
