Refund Policy

We want you to be glad you bought from us. If it isn't right for you, here's how refunds work. Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds go back through Stripe to the card or account you paid with.

Instant Video Studio (the kit)

14 days, no questions asked. Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we refund what you paid, in full: the price you paid at checkout (during the launch sale, $27). You don't need to give a reason. If something didn't work, we'd love to hear what, but you don't have to tell us.

When you're refunded, your licence ends and your members portal access closes. Please delete the kit and the guides, and stop using them.

Done-For-You Setup

You get a full refund of what you paid for the setup ($297 during the launch sale, $497 after it) if:

• you ask before we start work on your server. We "start work" when we begin installing the studio on your server. Our quick test login during the review doesn't count, and we email you before we start;
• we decline your order when we review it (for example, it's outside what we set up); or
• we can't make the studio work on a server that meets the spec and runs a supported Ubuntu version.

If an order stalls. If we've been waiting on you for 60 days in a row, we close the order. If we hadn't started on your server, you get a full refund. If we had, we refund 50% of the setup price you paid.

After handover the setup is complete, so it isn't refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If something we installed doesn't work as described, we fix it at no cost during your 14 days of support.

The kit inside the setup. The setup includes the kit. If we refund the setup in full and you didn't buy the kit separately, your kit licence ends too, unless you'd like to keep the kit: then we refund the setup price minus the kit price at the time you bought. If you bought the kit separately, the kit follows its own 14-day rule.

What we can't refund

Money you paid to others: your server, your domain, your Claude subscription, and your use of any other AI service or online service on your own accounts. Those are between you and them. Spending limits on those accounts (the setup shows you how) keep those costs in your control.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with.
2. Tell us your order (your access ID from the members portal, or the receipt number on your Stripe receipt) and that you'd like a refund.
3. We confirm within 2 business days and refund through Stripe, to how you paid. Your bank may take 5 to 10 more days to show it.

Please talk to us before you open a dispute with your bank or card. It's faster for you, and we'll sort it out.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights as a consumer; it doesn't replace them. For example, in the EU and the UK consumers usually have 14 days to cancel online purchases. For downloads, that right can end once the download starts if you agreed to that at checkout; for services, you may have to pay for work already done if you asked us to start early. Our 14-day no-questions refund on the kit is at least as generous.
