Privacy Notice
Last updated: 24 September 2026 · Super Site Concepts LLC, trading as PixelAtrium
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit pixelatrium.com, buy Instant Video Studio, use the members portal, ask us for help, or book our Done-For-You Setup. It says why we collect it, where it's kept, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to sell you the studio, give you access to it, help you, and set it up if you asked us to.
- We never ask for your passwords or keys. The setup form refuses anything that looks like one.
- The studio doesn't report to us. It runs on your server and sends nothing to PixelAtrium.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- No ads, no analytics trackers, no selling of your data.
- Setup form answers and call recordings are deleted 90 days after your support period ends.
- You can ask to see, fix or delete your data at any time: [email protected].
1. Who we are
Super Site Concepts LLC, trading as PixelAtrium, 29751 N El Mirage Rd, Suite 105 PMB 1015, Peoria, AZ 85383, United States. We decide how and why your data is used (we are the "controller"). Contact for anything in this notice: [email protected].
2. What we collect, and why
When you visit pixelatrium.com
- Server logs. Our web server records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page and your browser's name and version. We use them to keep the site running and secure. On the members portal and the setup form, the logs leave out the part of the address that carries your order reference, and the page you came from.
- Fonts are served from our own server. The site loads nothing from other companies.
- We don't use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
When you buy
You pay on a Stripe checkout page. Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy and passes us your email address, name (if you give it), what you bought, the price, the date, the country for tax, and order and receipt numbers. We never see your full card number. We use this to deliver the product, open your members portal access, answer you, and keep the records the law requires.
When you use the members portal
members.pixelatrium.com keeps, for each order: your email, the Stripe order, payment and receipt references, the amount, whether the order is active or was refunded or disputed, and when access opened. Your access ID itself is not stored, only a scrambled code made from it. It also keeps the devices you're signed in on (a coarse label such as "iPhone · Safari", first and last use, and a scrambled code made from your IP address), where you stopped in each course lesson, and a log of sign-ins and downloads (scrambled codes only, 90 days). It sets strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect its forms; they don't track you. When Stripe tells us an order was refunded or disputed, we close that access.
When you ask for help
We keep your emails and anything you attach, for example the result line of ./studio doctor. Please don't send keys
or passwords. If you do, we delete the message and ask you to replace the key.
When you book the Done-For-You Setup
The setup form (pixelatrium.com/setup) asks for what we need to start:
| Part of the form | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Order and contact | your order reference (the Stripe checkout reference), full name, business name (optional), email, time zone, times that suit you for calls |
| Server and access | whether you have a server, its IP address, provider and operating system, whether you've added our setup key, and how you keep your own way in |
| Your channel | channel name and address, niche (or a request for help choosing one), language, tone, presenter and voice preferences, video format and how often you publish, your first topics, content checks |
| Consents and notes | your acknowledgements (content rules, secrets, terms, data), anything else you tell us |
The form takes no file uploads. Please share only what's needed.
Automatically, when you send the form: the time, your browser's user agent (the first 200 characters), and a code made from your IP address with a secret key that only we hold. We don't store the address itself with your answers. (Our web server logs, kept 14 days, do record it.) We use the code to stop abuse.
Your order check. When the form opens, our server asks Stripe whether your order reference is a paid setup order that hasn't been refunded. Stripe sends back your purchase email and payment reference, which we keep with your answers.
Your draft stays on your device. The form saves your draft in your own browser's local storage so you can come back later. We can't see a draft until you send it. Remove it with Remove my answers from this browser on the thank-you page, or Start over on the form.
One cookie. The form sets one strictly necessary cookie that keeps your form session secure.
Calls. We hold the kickoff and handover calls on a video-call service (Zoom or similar), which processes call data under its own privacy policy. We record a call only if you agree, and we give you the recordings.
Working on your server. While we have access to your server (until handover):
- we record our terminal sessions on your server, so we can show exactly what we did. They can show anything that appeared on screen, such as file names, settings and logs;
- we run Claude Code with our own Anthropic account. What Claude reads on your server is sent to Anthropic to be processed under Anthropic's commercial terms;
- a guard in the studio stops Claude from reading your key file or secrets folder;
- we don't copy your videos or files off your server.
What we never collect
Passwords, keys, your dashboard password, and sign-in details for YouTube or any other account. The setup form checks every text field and refuses anything that looks like a key or a password. If one reaches us anyway, we delete it and ask you to replace it.
The studio on your own server
Instant Video Studio runs on your server and sends nothing to PixelAtrium. It connects only to the services you connect it to, with your own AI accounts and under their terms. Your own Claude Code session, on your own Claude subscription, does the writing.
Launch list
If you leave your email on pixelatrium.com to hear when checkout opens, we keep that email address, whether you ticked the setup option, the time and your browser type. We use it only to send you that one launch email, then delete the list within 90 days of launch. Ask us at [email protected] to remove you at any time.
3. Our reasons (legal bases)
| What we do | Our reason in law |
|---|---|
| Deliver the product, portal access, updates, the setup and support | To perform our contract with you |
| Check your order with Stripe; keep order records | To perform our contract; our legal duties (accounting and tax) |
| Keep logs, scrambled codes, the key guard and rate limits | Our legitimate interest in keeping our systems and your data safe |
| Record calls | Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, for the future |
| Record our working sessions on your server | Our legitimate interest in showing exactly what we did on your server, and yours in being able to check it |
We don't make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with companies that help us run PixelAtrium, and only what each one needs:
| Who | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | payments, receipts, refunds | United States and other countries |
| The company that hosts our web server | hosting pixelatrium.com, the members portal and the setup form | United States or the European Union |
| Our email provider | our email | United States |
| A video-call service (Zoom or similar) | setup calls | United States |
| Anthropic | Claude Code during the setup work on your server | United States |
We may also share data when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with a buyer of our business (who would have to follow this notice). We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
5. Transfers outside your country
We are based in the United States, and some of these companies process data in the United States or other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on approved safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Setup form answers, call recordings, recordings of our working sessions | Until 90 days after your support period ends, then deleted. Support ends 14 days after handover. For an order we decline, refund or close, 90 days after that. |
| This order's setup key (our private half) | Deleted when we close your order at handover |
| Your draft in your browser | Until you remove it or clear your browser's storage |
| Members portal access record | While your access is active. A refunded or disputed order's record is deleted 400 days after it closed |
| Members portal sign-in and download log | 90 days |
| Support emails | 90 days after the last message, unless we need them for a dispute |
| Web server logs | 14 days |
| Order and tax records (name, email, product, date, amount, refund status) | As long as tax and accounting law requires |
| Recordings we gave you | Your copy is yours to keep |
Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it, or object to how we use it;
- send it to you or someone else in a common format;
- stop using it where we rely on your consent (this doesn't affect what we did before).
Email [email protected]. It's free. We answer within one month, and may ask you to confirm who you are first. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, the authority in your country).
If you live in the United States: we don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and you can ask us what we hold, and to correct or delete it, in the same way.
8. How we protect it
- The website, the members portal and the setup form use HTTPS.
- Portal records and setup form answers are stored outside the website's folders, readable only by their own system accounts.
- The setup form refuses key-like text and limits how often it can be sent; the portal limits sign-in attempts.
- Each setup order gets its own server key, and we remove our access at handover.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Age
Our products and services are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
When we change this notice, we update the date at the top. If the change matters to you, we'll email you.
