Done-For-You Setup: terms
Version 1.0 · 24 September 2026 · Super Site Concepts LLC, trading as PixelAtrium ("we", "us")
The short version
- We install Instant Video Studio on your own server, in your own accounts, set it up for one channel, and make your first video and its Shorts, ready for your approval.
- The price is $297 during the launch sale ($497 after it), paid once through Stripe.
- Your part is usually about an hour: one short form, a few accounts, two short calls, and picking your favourites.
- We never ask for your passwords or keys. You type your keys into your own dashboard.
- During the install we have administrator access to your server. We only use it to set up the studio. At handover we remove our access and show you it is gone.
- We never upload or publish anything for you. You decide what goes on your channel, and YouTube's rules are yours to follow.
- Full refund if we haven't started work on your server yet, if we decline your order at our review, or if we can't make the studio work on a supported server.
- We make no promise of views, subscribers or income.
The details follow. The setup also includes everything in Instant Video Studio (the kit, Handbook, Runbook, course and members portal access), under the kit's licence.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you (the person or business that bought the Done-For-You Setup) and us, Super Site Concepts LLC, an Arizona limited liability company trading as PixelAtrium. You pay us through Stripe, which processes the payment. We do the setup work. By ticking "I accept the setup terms" on the setup form, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.
2. What's included
- Setting up the studio on your server: its own user, a firewall, the dashboard, background services that restart themselves, and a nightly backup.
- Your dashboard on your own address with HTTPS (for example
studio.yourbrand.com), or private access through an SSH tunnel or a private network if you have no domain. - One channel, branded with your name, colours and logo (or a clean wordmark we make).
- A voice you choose from a shortlist of previews.
- A presenter (up to 4 concepts and 1 re-roll), or a faceless channel if you prefer. In money, health and legal niches we set no presenter.
- Your first video and its Shorts, checked by the studio's quality checks.
- One round of changes on your notes for that first video, on top of our own fix rounds.
- A backlog of your next topics, and a walkthrough of the copy-paste upload sheet. If you like, you do your first private upload on the handover call.
- Two video calls: a kickoff (about 45 minutes) and a handover (about 30 minutes).
- A handover note: your addresses, what runs when, where your files live, how to make a video, how to restore a backup, and the proof that we removed our access.
- 14 days of priority email support after handover.
3. What's not included
- The costs of your server, domain, Claude subscription, AI usage and any other outside service. You pay those directly.
- Creating your YouTube or other online accounts.
- Channel art and logo design beyond a clean wordmark.
- Strategy consulting beyond the studio's niche researcher.
- More than the first video. (Your studio makes the next ones with your own accounts.)
- Custom code, card types or prompt packs (we can quote for these).
- More than one channel (we can quote for more).
- Uploading or publishing for you, applying for monetisation, or managing your channel.
- Channels in languages other than English (for now).
- Windows servers, and servers that don't run a supported Ubuntu version (24.04 or 22.04, x86_64).
- Moving content from other tools.
4. What we don't set up
We don't set up channels for: adult or suggestive content, gambling promotion, hate or harassment, personalised financial, medical or legal advice, children (made-for-kids channels), real people's likenesses, or channels built on other creators' videos. We don't put an AI presenter on money, health or legal channels. Education on those topics is fine, with a disclaimer on every video.
If your order falls outside these lines, we tell you at our review (section 6, step 3) and refund you in full.
5. What we need from you
- The completed setup form.
- A server that meets the spec (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB disk, Ubuntu 24.04 or 22.04), with this order's setup key added. The form shows you how.
- The DNS record for your dashboard address, or 10 minutes on the kickoff call to add it together.
- Your own AI accounts, set up during the kickoff with a monthly spending limit on each.
- Your YouTube channel, and your logo files if you have them (by email or on the call).
- Time for the two calls, and answers to our approval emails within 48 hours.
6. How it works, and how long it takes
- You buy the setup through Stripe. Stripe sends you straight to the setup form.
- You fill in the form (about 3 minutes; it saves as you go). We check your order with Stripe.
- We review your order within 2 business days: server, niche, presenter idea, topics and dashboard address. We email you if we have questions. If your order is out of scope, we decline and refund in full. Once you've added the setup key, we also make a quick test login to check it works. That test isn't "starting work".
- We install the studio. We email you before we start.
- Kickoff call. You set your dashboard password with a one-time link, watch the demo video on your phone, and type your keys into your dashboard yourself.
- We build your channel: brand, voice, presenter and first video. You approve each step on your dashboard.
- You decide on the first video: approve it, or ask for your one round of changes.
- Handover call. We walk through your dashboard and weekly routine, run the final checks, and remove our access with you watching.
Our target is 5 business days from "your form is complete and our access works" to handover. That is usually 7 to 10 calendar days. It is a target, not a guarantee. The clock pauses while we wait for you (an answer, an approval, a DNS record or a call time).
We take a limited number of setups each week. When you book, we tell you your start date.
7. Access to your server
- A key for your order only. We make a new SSH key for each order and show you its public half and fingerprint on the form. You add it when you create the server (or with the plain commands the form shows for an existing server). We never ask for a server password.
- What we use it for. Only to install and set up Instant Video Studio, until handover. We create a temporary setup user. On a server that also runs other things, we don't touch other sites, apps or users.
- Administrator access. During the install we have administrator (sudo) access to your server. We say this plainly because it matters. We don't ask for or look at your keys, and a guard in the studio stops Claude from reading your key file.
- Recorded sessions. We record our terminal sessions on your server. You can ask us for the recordings. They may show parts of your server's files and settings, so we keep them only as long as our Privacy Notice says.
- How we use Claude. We run Claude Code on your server with our own Anthropic account for your order, with a spending limit. We never use your Claude account. What Claude reads on your server during the setup is processed by Anthropic under its commercial terms (see our Privacy Notice).
- Security settings. We turn on the firewall. We check with you before we change how SSH logins work.
- Your own way in. Before we leave, we confirm you can still log in yourself: with your own SSH key, or with your provider's web console.
- Removing our access. At handover we delete the setup user, its sudo rule and every copy of this order's key from your server, and show you that they are gone. We delete our private copy of the key.
- Keys you send by mistake. If you email or paste us a key or password, we delete the message, don't use it, and ask you to replace the key with a new one.
8. Your accounts, keys and bills
- Every account is in your name: server, domain, Claude, your other AI accounts and YouTube.
- You type your keys yourself into your dashboard, or into your own terminal. They stay on your server.
- You pay all outside costs directly: server, domain, your Claude subscription, AI usage and any other service. Set a monthly spending limit on every account that bills by use; some providers' limits can run a little over, so leave some room. Paid extras in the studio are off until you switch them on.
- Making your first video uses your own accounts. The handover note shows what it cost.
- You can replace (rotate) your keys any time after handover. The Handbook shows how.
9. Your channel, your content, YouTube's rules
- You decide. You approve your brand, voice, presenter and first video on your dashboard. We never upload or publish for you.
- You are the channel owner and publisher. Following YouTube's Terms of Service
and policies is your responsibility, including:
- setting the audience ("made for kids" or not) correctly on every video: YouTube says this is the creator's legal responsibility under COPPA and similar laws;
- telling YouTube when a video uses realistic AI content. YouTube's examples include AI-generated music, and the studio suggests an answer for every video;
- keeping your channel original, not mass-produced: YouTube calls this "inauthentic content" and doesn't monetise it. Review every video before you publish it.
- Sensitive topics. If your channel covers money, health or legal topics, we set it up for education only, with a disclaimer on every video and no AI presenter. Please keep it that way.
- AI-written content. Anthropic's Usage Policy lists automatically generating content and publishing it for others as a high-risk use. That's one more reason you review and approve every video yourself.
- Your materials. Logos, fonts, music, images and topics you send us must be yours to use (on YouTube, too). You're responsible for them.
10. Calls and recordings
We hold two video calls on a video-call service (Zoom or similar). We record them only if you agree. You get the recordings: they become your personal walkthrough video. You can change your mind before or during a call.
11. When the setup is done
The setup is done when our final checks pass on your server and we've held the handover call. In plain words, the checks confirm that:
- every setup step has passed its check, or was skipped for a reason you agreed (for example, no presenter);
- your keys work and a test clip renders;
- the demo and your first video pass the studio's full check;
- your dashboard works on its address and on your phone, and the background services and nightly backup are on;
- the latest backup restores;
- you decided on the first video;
- you have your own way into the server; and
- our access has been removed, and you've seen that it is gone.
If we can't hold the handover call within 14 days because we're waiting on you, we email you the check results and handover note, and the setup counts as delivered.
12. Support after handover
For 14 days after handover you get priority email support at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 1 business day. It covers:
- anything that doesn't work because of how we installed it (we fix it at no cost);
- how-to questions about your studio;
- one small settings change, for example the voice or the music.
It doesn't cover new features, extra channels, making more videos, problems caused by later changes to the server (by you or anyone else), or outages of outside services. After the 14 days, you get the same best-effort email help as every kit owner.
13. Refunds
- Full refund if you ask before we start work on your server. We "start work" when we begin installing the studio on your server. Our quick test login during the review doesn't count. We email you before we start.
- Full refund if we decline your order at our review.
- Full refund if we can't make the studio work on a server that meets the spec and runs a supported Ubuntu version.
- Orders that stall. If we've been waiting on you for 60 days in a row, we close the order. If we had not started work on your server, you get a full refund. If we had, we refund 50% of the setup price you paid.
- After handover, the setup is complete and isn't refundable, except where the law says otherwise. Anything we got wrong in the install, we fix within your support period.
- The kit. The setup includes the kit. If we refund the setup in full and you didn't buy the kit separately, your kit licence ends too, unless you ask to keep the kit: then we refund the setup price minus the kit price at the time you bought. If you bought the kit separately, it follows its own 14-day rule.
- Money you paid to others (server, domain, subscriptions, AI usage) can't be refunded by us.
Refunds go back through Stripe to how you paid. Our Refund Policy has the steps. Your legal rights as a consumer still apply (see section 17).
14. Our promise about our work
We do the setup with reasonable care and skill, following our written runbook, and we prove each step with the studio's own checks. If something we installed doesn't work as described during your support period, we fix it at no cost.
We can't promise that your server, your provider or outside services (Anthropic, your other AI services, YouTube, your certificate provider, Stripe) will keep working the same way. We make no promise of views, subscribers, monetisation or income. YouTube decides who it pays.
15. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, a lost or restricted channel, or bills from outside services;
- we are not liable for data loss that a working backup would have prevented. The studio makes a nightly backup; we also recommend your provider's snapshots;
- our total liability for anything to do with the setup is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Confidentiality and your data
We treat your form answers, server details and unpublished videos as confidential. We use them only to do your setup and support. We don't show your setup to anyone without your permission, and even then without your name, channel or anything that identifies you. How we collect, keep and delete your data is in our Privacy Notice. In short: your answers and recordings are deleted 90 days after your support period ends.
17. Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you also have the rights your local law gives you. For example, in the EU and the UK you usually have 14 days to cancel a service contract. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for the work already done. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
18. Cancelling
- You can cancel any time by emailing us. What you get back follows section 13.
- We can stop and refund according to section 13 if the order turns out to be out of scope, if the server isn't safe to work on, or if we're asked to build something section 4 rules out. If you're abusive to our team, we can stop the work; we then refund whatever part of the price covers work we haven't done.
- If we stop, we still remove our access and show you it is gone.
19. Other things
- We may change these terms for future orders. Your order keeps the version you accepted.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. If you are a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
- We do the work ourselves, with Claude.
