Instant Video Studio: licence
Version 1.0 · 24 September 2026 · © 2026 Super Site Concepts LLC, trading as PixelAtrium ("we", "us")
The short version
- You can install the studio on servers you control and use it for your own channels.
- You can change the code, prompts and themes for your own use.
- Every video it makes is yours. Publish them, monetise them, sell them.
- The studio itself is licensed to you, not sold. Don't share, resell or publish the kit, the Handbook, the Runbook, the prompt cards or the course.
- Making videos for clients or running the studio as an agency? Email us first: [email protected].
- Parts made by others (fonts, the voice model, software packages, AI services) keep their own licences. The kit's
THIRD_PARTY.mdlists them. - You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail. If the short version and the detail ever seem to disagree, the detail wins.
1. Who this is between
This licence is between you (the person or business that bought Instant Video Studio) and us, Super Site Concepts LLC, an Arizona limited liability company trading as PixelAtrium. You bought it from us on pixelatrium.com, with payment processed by Stripe, or you got it with our Done-For-You Setup. This licence covers what you may do with what you bought.
If you buy for a business, "you" means that business, and you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
You must be 18 or older to buy or use Instant Video Studio. Some of the services the studio works with (Claude included) also require you to be 18 or older.
2. What you get
- The kit: the studio's code (the
./studiocommand, the pipeline and the dashboard), the Runbook for Claude (the step-by-step setup prompts your Claude follows), scripts, prompts, themes, templates, docs and the demo files. - The guides: the Handbook (PDF), the Runbook PDF, the Prompt Cards PDF and the video course.
- Access to the members portal at members.pixelatrium.com, where you download these and future updates.
Together we call these "the Materials".
3. What you may do
- Install and run the kit on computers and servers that you control. That includes a test server and a new server when you move.
- Use it for your own channels. A channel is yours when you own it or run it as your own. There is no limit on how many of your own channels you make videos for.
- Let people help you. Your employees, contractors or a freelancer may use your copy to work on your channels for you. You are responsible for what they do with it.
- Change it. You may edit the code, prompts, themes, templates and docs for your own use.
- Keep copies for backup, including in a private Git repository that only you and your helpers can see.
4. What you may not do
- Share or resell it. Don't sell, give away, lend, rent or sublicense the Materials or your members portal access. This applies to changed copies and to large parts of them too.
- Publish it. Don't post the code, prompts, setup prompts, PDFs or course videos where others can get them: public repositories, file-sharing sites, forums, courses or groups.
- Offer it as a service to others. Don't run the studio as a hosted service, app or platform for other people, and don't use the Materials to build a competing kit, template, course or setup service.
- Use it for clients without asking. Making videos for channels that belong to someone else, or offering studio setups to others, needs an agency licence. Email [email protected] and we'll talk about it.
- Remove notices. Keep this licence file,
THIRD_PARTY.mdand the copyright notices in your copies.
5. Your videos are yours
We claim no rights in the videos, Shorts, scripts, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, channel files, presenter designs or other things you make with the studio ("your content"). You may publish, monetise and sell your content, and you don't owe us anything for it.
Some things worth knowing:
- AI services' terms. The AI services you connect have their own terms about what they make for you. Anthropic,
for example, assigns to its customers whatever rights it has in Claude's outputs under its
Commercial Terms. Other services may say they won't claim your
output but may make similar content for others.
THIRD_PARTY.mdin the kit links each service's terms. - Copyright in AI output is not the same everywhere. In some countries, parts made only by an AI may not be protected by copyright at all (for the United States, see the US Copyright Office's report on AI). Your own writing, choices and edits add to what is yours.
- You are the publisher. You decide what to publish and you are responsible for it. See our Disclaimer.
6. The demo files
The kit includes a sample script, a demo presenter ("Leo"), demo photos and a demo music track, so you can see the
studio work before you set up your own channel. You may use the demo files to test and learn, but please don't
publish them: build your own presenter, and use your own photos and music in videos you publish. The demo music
track is the exception: you may use it in your videos (THIRD_PARTY.md says how it was made and what that means).
7. Parts made by others
Some parts of the studio are made by other people and come under their own licences:
- Bundled with the kit: fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (their licence files are in the kit).
- Downloaded when you install: software packages, an open-source voice model (Apache-2.0), system tools such as ffmpeg, and Claude Code. You get them from their official sources under their own licences.
- Online services you connect: AI services and other online services, with your own accounts, under their own terms.
THIRD_PARTY.md lists them with their licences and links. Nothing in this licence limits the rights an open-source
licence gives you for those parts.
8. Your accounts, keys and bills
The studio uses online services with your own accounts. You agree to their terms, and you pay their bills. We never need your keys or passwords and we will never ask for them. Your keys stay on your server: you type them into your own dashboard, or into your own terminal. Paid extras are off until you switch them on. Set spending limits with each service.
9. Updates
Every update within the major version you bought is included (for example, every 2.x update if you bought 2.x). New versions appear on the members portal's Downloads page.
We may change or stop parts of the Materials in later versions. The version you already have keeps working under this licence.
10. Support
Support is by email at [email protected]. For the first 30 days after purchase we help you with installing
the studio. After that, we help on a best-effort basis. Running ./studio doctor and sending us its result line
helps us help you.
Done-For-You Setup customers also get 14 days of priority email support after handover (see the Setup Terms).
11. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason. Our Refund Policy says how. When you get a refund, this licence ends and your members portal access closes: please delete your copies of the Materials.
12. When this licence ends
This licence lasts until it ends in one of these ways:
- you get a refund, or the payment is reversed through a chargeback; or
- you seriously break this licence (for example, you share or resell the Materials) and don't fix it within 14 days of our email asking you to. If the breach can't be fixed, it ends when we tell you.
When it ends, stop using the Materials and delete your copies. Your content stays yours. Sections 5, 7 and 13 to 18 keep applying.
13. No promises about results
We built the studio carefully and we test it before each release. But it is software that depends on servers, networks and outside services that we don't control, and AI can make mistakes. So, as far as the law allows:
- the Materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;
- we don't promise that the studio will run without errors or interruptions, or that outside services will keep working the same way;
- we make no promise of views, subscribers, monetisation or income. YouTube decides who it pays.
14. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, a lost or restricted channel, or bills from outside services;
- our total liability to you for anything to do with the Materials is limited to the amount you paid for them.
Some laws don't allow these limits. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you also have the rights your local law gives you. Nothing in this licence takes them away.
16. Names and trademarks
"PixelAtrium" and "Instant Video Studio" are our names. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. YouTube and the other names mentioned belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic or YouTube. The studio runs Claude Code and calls outside services with your own accounts.
17. Changes to this licence
We may publish a new version of this licence with a new version of the kit. It applies to that new version. The version you received with your download keeps applying to that download.
18. The law that applies
This licence is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. If you are a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and bring a claim in its courts.
