These terms cover PixelAtrium's done-for-you monthly video service. They are between you (the business that signs up, "you") and Super Site Concepts LLC, trading as PixelAtrium ("we", "us"). By ordering a plan you agree to them. The PixelAtrium creator kit has its own licence and refund policy; they don't apply to this service.

1. What a video is

Every plan video counts as one video, whatever its shape. Every video ends with your logo, phone and website, plus a license number or other required line if your trade needs one.

Industries with extra care. For dentists, lawyers, accountants and other licensed professionals, videos stay general and educational: no advice for a specific person, no promised outcomes, no before-and-after or success-rate claims, no testimonials. You check each script against your board's advertising rules. Alcohol content is only for 21+ venues and never encourages drinking. Gyms, studios, salons and spas get no health, weight-loss or medical claims beyond plain, sourced facts. Real estate videos carry your brokerage line, make no market predictions we haven't sourced, and describe homes, not who should live in them.

2. Plans and prices

• Month-to-month: $49 one-time setup fee. Cancel any time with 14 days' notice.
• 3-month term: no setup fee. After 3 months the plan rolls to month-to-month and you can cancel with 14 days' notice.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. Prices shown on the site when you order are the prices you pay; we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change applies to you.
• Unused videos don't roll over to the next month.
• Spanish versions are not for sale yet (waitlist only).

3. Add-ons

Anyone on a plan can buy: 4 extra videos in the same month ($49), a rush video ready 2 business days after you approve the script ($29), a single 1–3 minute explainer with 3 thumbnails ($79), and a presenter redesign ($49).

4. How each month works

• Your first videos arrive within 7 business days of a complete setup form.
• Each month we propose topics, then send scripts. You approve them or ask for changes. If you don't reply within 3 business days, the script counts as approved. We remind you once when something is waiting and again the day before the deadline.
• Videos are delivered about a week after scripts are approved. You approve them or send your changes.
• Times and deadlines are Arizona time (MST, no daylight saving).

5. Revisions

One revision round = one consolidated list of changes per monthly batch. It can cover wording, a fact, swapping a picture, or how a word is pronounced. A new topic or a whole new look counts as a new video. Pro includes two rounds per batch.

• Changes at the script stage don't use a round.
• Our own mistakes (a wrong fact, a typo, the wrong phone or license number) are always fixed free and never use a round.
• When your rounds are used up you can still approve. Further changes use a video from your plan or an add-on.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time. Month-to-month plans need 14 days' notice, by email or from your account. On the 3-month term, you finish the 3 months and then you're month-to-month. There are no cancellation fees. You keep every video we've delivered. If you cancel mid-month, we finish the videos for any month you've already paid for.

• Setup fees and delivered videos aren't refundable.
• Once you've given notice, a month that hasn't started yet isn't charged.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

7. Content and you as the publisher

Our videos are animated (presenters, graphics, photos and voiceover), not filmed on location. Videos may include AI-generated voices and images; the client is the publisher and applies platform content labels where required (for example YouTube "altered or synthetic content", TikTok "AI-generated", Meta "AI info").

• You're the publisher. You post the videos under your business name, on your own pages, and decide what goes out.
• You're responsible for your license number (if your trade needs one), prices, offers and hours being correct, and for following your industry's advertising rules.
• Photos and logos you send: you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that people shown agreed.
• Videos never show your real staff, place or work unless you send us those photos.

Rules we hold ourselves to

• No made-up testimonials, reviews, customers, client logos or results, anywhere.
• Prices or offers appear in a video only if you gave them to us, with an end date.
• Family-friendly content. No medical, legal or financial claims beyond plain, sourced facts.
• Every script lists the facts we checked, with sources you can open.
• Every script and video is reviewed by a person before you see it.

8. Who owns the videos

You get full use of every video we deliver: post it, run it as an ad, put it on your website, keep using it after you cancel. We keep a copy so we can fix things. We won't show your videos to anyone else (including as our own samples) without asking you first. The presenter character made for you is yours to use in your videos; the studio and templates behind it stay ours.

9. No guarantees

Nobody can honestly promise calls, leads, rankings, views or sales, and we don't. What we promise is the number of videos in your plan, on time, checked, with your name and number on them. Reports use numbers copied from your own platform insights; we never estimate them. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. General

• The free sample is made from your website and public information, is not posted anywhere, and its private link expires after 30 days. It doesn't commit you to anything.
• We may update these terms. Changes apply from your next billing month, and we'll email you about any material change before it applies.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
